I apologise up front for having to go through the forum again for answers.  I can't seem to get the hang of using the website at all.

Can someone please tell me if I am entitled to a free upgrade to Windows 7 as I only bought my pc direct from DELL two weeks before the Windows 7 launch date?  If so, would I receive this as a download or on disk?

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.

You will receive a disc. Dell does not offer any Win7 Downloads.

Can you please tell me if my order was finalised as the "order status" said nothing was ordered even though I pressed the button to submit the order.
