New Laptop Liaisons

Hello, All.

 

The time has come for me to assume a new role and responsibilities at Dell. Going forward, I will not be managing the Laptop Audio, General Hardware and Video boards any longer. I am being replaced by Dell-Brad L and Dell-Richard B.

It has been a wonderful personal and professional growth experience for me over the last 2 and a half years, and I will miss interacting with you all on the forums. Good luck, take care and happy computing.

Bill,

Each time we lose a liaison I think we will never get anyone as good again, and this time is no different. I am not surprised that they are sending 2 people to replace you! You have been a hero to the folks with the DPC latency problem. Thanks for being an advocate on our behalf and good luck in the future.
