Moved our office and changed ISP Need help setting server back up

We recently moved our PowerEdge 840 & PowerConnect 2708. We changed ISP's from AT&T to comcast due to HSI availability.
I am unable (novice admin obviously) to bring the server back on line. I am not sure where to change the static ip. All the computers (and the server) are able to connect to the internet, but unable to access the server. I have two network adapters on the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
