Advertising Pop Ups, Atremis!, Vundo Trojan

I ran the VundoFix.exe but it didn't find anything.

I would assume that means my computer is clean, except for the fact that McAfee has been telling me all day that it cannot block the Vundo or Artemis! Trojan.

Do you have any suggestions?

I did what you said and everything went well (though I did have to manually type in the file) but Vundofix didn't find anything again.

Windows blocked me from extracting avenger. I even went into the properties and unblocked it, but windows still wont let me extract the files.

Is there some other way of getting around this?

I'm not sure if I deleted them. One file disappeared when I clicked on it, the other said it couldn't delete the file but it also disappeared. The folder deleted though.
