configuration for running CAM software and HD photos

i have been thinking of going in for XPS13 / 16. could anyone suggest which one to go for if i intend to use the laptop for running CAM (computer aided machining) software which requires high graphics and to view HD photos.

cpq,

You should start your search for a computer by going to the CAM software site first. You have to see what version of windows will be needed to run the program.  You then can decide which computer to buy. A desktop  will cost you less than a notebook.  You should also consider an Apple notebook or workstation
