I bought hardware and Dell won't give me an invoice!

I bought a 27 in monitor from dell! I need a copy of an invoice! I tried 6 times to get it from the website!  (over a 5 day period) No luck, it just says page cannot be displayed! Of course when I called, I was hung up on by a very rude very hard to understand Indian! That told me we cannot e-mail you an invoice. You have to get it from the website or I can fax it! Those are your only 2 options! I even submitted a invoice request form. After you fill it out, it also says cannot display page!

WHY IS A COMPUTER COMPANY SO TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED! wHY WOULD YOU BUY A COMPUTER FROM A COMPANY WITH SO MANY EMPLOYEES THAT HAVE PROBLEMS USING THEM!

THEY CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO E-MAIL AN INVOICE!

Sorry to hear you are having problems, but this is a users helping users forum, not a direct line to Dell.

I am trying to help! To let others know you can have serious time wrapped up in just dealing with Dell! The only thing that can be done quickly and easily is buy something!

conventional wisdom is: you will avoid many such problems if you buy business machines (instead of consumer/retail).

what are you willing to pay for? if you want better quality equipment and service, you should be willing to pay for it.

on the other hand, if you want to spend as little money as possible, the quality of the equipment and service will probably not be as good.

Well if 600.00 each for  2 dell monitors 1 monitor 22in 350.00! Sony tv! I only buy quality goods I just can't get quality goods service from Dell!!
