Bluray Software and Playback Problems

When I attempted to install the update for the powerdvd DX 8.1 software this keeps coming up, I have tried running the update in Administrator mode, and uninstalling the previous software from add and remove programs, the Bluray playback only works when i revert to the reinstall disk.

I have a Dell Studio 1555, with a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570, and a Bluray player so i have all the necessary hardware.
