Can someone please tell me how or who I can get in touch with at Dell about a refund? I have been trying to get in touch with someone for over a month, and this is ridiculous, I have never seen such lousy service. They charged my credit card twice, and I never received the service for the original charge. I will never ever order anything from Dell again, and all I want is my refund. If anyone has experienced anything similar and were able to get the problem solved, Please let me know how.
