I have never dealt with a company which treats it's customers so badly. Here's my story.
On the 15th April, I ordered a machine through the Dell EPP.
Inspiron 546MT : AMD Sempron LE-1250(2.2GHz,512KB)
£243.05 in total.
Estimated delivery date of May 5 2009.
On the 1st May, the estimate was changed to May 27 2009.
It was then changed to the 4th June.
On the 31st May, I received a phone call from Dell who said they had difficulty charging my card.
I gave them the details again and was told that I would receive a call once it had gone through.
No call was returned, I checked my order online that evening and it said it had been cancelled.
I phoned up customer service to see why the order had been cancelled. They said it was a technical error and that I would have to speak to sales to re-order the machine.
£243.05 was taken from my account on the 3rd June 2009.
I spoke to sales and told them what had happened. They wanted to charge me an extra £40 for the same machine.
I emailed and complained again. Eventually they told me they had ordered the machine I had paid for previously.
On the 17 Apr 2009, a further £243.05 was taken from my bank account even though the previous amount has not been refunded.
From the 1st June 2009 till the present, this machine has been ‘in production’, with an already expired estimate delivery of 11th June.
So far I have spoken to 8 different people over email, none of which will tell me when I will get my money refunded or when the computer is going to be delivered. I have phoned up to ask when I can have my money back, when the computer is likely to be delivered. Every single time, it's apparently a 'technical error' and they will get back to me.
They *never* do.
All I want is my two payments back so that I can buy a computer at a place that gives a dang* about their customers.

Hi Jamie, I would remove your web address or they will remove it again. Have you tried using the Unresolved Issues tab, which is at the bottom of the page. Or even better click HERE.

Jamie,
Thanks for contacting me via Private Conversation, and providing your order information. I've forwarded your issue over to our Executive Escalations Team in GB, they should be contacting you shortly. Hopefully they will be able to resolve this for you quickly.
