W3706mc - Digital Tuner Not loading Channels

Although it is initialising,the digital tuner is not receiving any channels. The analogue signal is strong and works well for terrestial TV. If I try to do an automatic DTT channel search it starts at Channel 21 and does nothing after that. I have tried the factory 'soft' reset and  I can't seem to be able to do the hard reset. When I press and hold the source button it just flashes on the screen. Thanks for any help and apologies if this has already been covered in a previous thread. Bit of a UK 'newbie' here

I have exactly the same problem (and I mean exaclty). Started yesterday (May 20th 2009) after I re-scanned to pick up the changes to the Virgin channel change.

i think there must be a bug or common problem with this TV as mine is doing the same, i've only just tried to use the digital tuner as it was connected to a sky box

Hi

Me too. Mine happened after the recent freeview changes. Dell Support hasn't given any answers, mainly as I'm on hold for 40 mins and unable to speak to anyone, so I've contacted BBCTV Watchdog.
