For anyone else that might have this issue come up, the Credit and Collections department did a verification of the address for the credit card used. The mailing address and the shipping address did not match, so they cancelled the order.
They say that they attempted to contact us, but we never got the call on the cellular. They say that they left a message, yet no message was ever received. They called me at least 5 times today and I never missed the call ??
So, if you are placing an order and the shipping and mailing address for the credit card are different, be sure to let them know or you may end up in the twilight zone wondering what happened.
