No Boot Device Available F1 to continue, F2 for Setup

I get this if I reboot my Workstation 490. It seems the only way around it is to hit f12 during POST and select my SATA-0 hard drive as the boot device.
For a while I had a second drive in this system that had Server 2008 on it. This started happening when I removed that second drive. I have the boot order set correctly and just flash my BIOS to A08 which is the latest. I have removed the boot menu references to Server 2008 but the problem persists.
Anyone know how I can make this stop? It usually isn't a big deal but when I'm out of the office I RDP to my PC if I need to. If a patch had been installed and the PC reboots it's self it will sit at the POST screen with the "No boot device available" error. Only a Ctrl-Alt-Del, then f12 and selecting my SATA-0 drive seems to work and then it's good until the next reboot.
