Cutting cost where possible, looking for new customers, better use of technology with respect to the previous two pints and to reach existing customers, more networking. Excellent customers service.

Management is going into eat the seed corn mode by not executing a 5 year hardware refresh and not renewing support contracts and laying off workers.

In the end their systems will die and there will be no recovery.
