The easiest way is to connect the output jack of the computer
(headphone jack) to an input jack on the receiver. The cable should
have a standard 1/8th inch stereo mini phone plug on the end that plugs
into the computer, and the other end should have 2 standard RCA plugs
to plug into the receiver. On the back of the receiver look for an
unused pair of jacks to plug into, usually the aux or recorder input
jacks.
You can get the cable at Radio Shack, Wal Mart, etc. It is a common adapter cable and pretty easy to find.
