Changing the System Fan on Optiplex 755

I just got an Optiplex 755, in an effort to make it more personalized to my taste, i would like to change the system fan out with a Blue LED one.

I figured this would be a simple project until i noticed that it has a proprietary plug on the motherboard.  Where can i get a new fan that will be compatible with this plug?

It has 4 wires coming off of it, when most aftermarket fans only have 3.

Re: Changing the System Fan on Optiplex 755

Dell OEM fans, such as the CPU cooling fan, have additional internal components that "report" to the BIOS.  If you use a non-Dell fan on most systems you will always get a "Fan Failure" notice at boot up.
