axim 5

I was wondering if anyone knows how to get my pda to get online, recognize pictures and other things that I will ask later.  Also if there is something I need to buy to get online what that may be.  I already have wireless in my house I just need to know how to access it.

Hi,

You have to buy a Compact Flash (CF) or Secure Digital (SD) WLAN/WiFi card.
Take a quick look at http://wifi.aximsite.com/wifi-faq.html#_cf-card for recommanded cards.

You can also find good tutorials about PDA and WiFi connection at www.aximsite.com

Re: axim 5

Where do I purchase a wifi card to get my axim online?  I looked aximsite.com and did not find one.  That site is too overwhelming.  I also went to radio shack and thought I had one, but it was too big because it was for a notebook.  Please someone let me know.  Thanks

Hi,

I don't know which card you want to buy. The Socket GO Wi-Fi P300 (SD) and Socket GO Wi-Fi 500 (CF) are according to www.aximsite.com a good choice.

You can find reseller and distributer at http://www.socketmobile.com/partners/distributors-and-resellers .

DELL also offers both Socket GO Wi-Fi cards, starting at $85.99.

Just google or use a price comparison search engine. I'm sorry, but I don't know which is popular in the U.S..
