E1505 sound from only one speaker.

I have a E1505. Whenever I play video or audio on my Windows Media, I only get sound . When I use another program to run movies or music, I get sound from both speakers. I have even tried external speakers and headphones and Windows Media only gives me sound from one speaker.

Help please.
