Thanks, I 've been looking for an address as well. After hours and hours wasted on hold, rude customer service and worthless tech support - doing things like "take the battery out and replace it" or "delete all the programs from the desktop" - they finally say the harddrive is bad. Of course that was after we sent the laptop back for investigation.
The "brand new" laptop was defective from the day it arrived and they still won't allow a return. They have had my daughter's money for 2 months and she still has no computer to use. They will be sending a new hard drive in the next few days. Somehow - that doesn't make things better.
I too want to let them know that not only will I never purchase another product from Dell, but I will advise everyone I know to stay away from this company. If you purchase a Dell computer that works, then you are lucky. If not - well you will have an experience like no other!
