How do I contact Dell's corporate office? Please help?

I have been a loyal dell customer for years.  I actually always had great experience until recently with there support.  I have a dell dj 15 that keeps freezing on me.  I have already had it replaced once and everytime I chat with or call support they tell me to do the recovery cleanup and that only helps for a short while then it starts freezing again.  I called customer service because I had contacted Tech support 6 times and they keep telling me the same things that don't work.  I explained to them that I give Dell alot of business and even have a small business account where I bought many pc's and servers from dell.  The customer service rep said that she would transfer me to tech support.  When I told her I've been there 6 times in the last week she said she would send me over but stay on the line and explain my issue.  After being on hold for 30 minutes I was hung up on.  I wanted to contact the coporate office to let them know that they lost a customer that spends alot of money with them every year but can't find the number.  Dell already lost a loyal customer but I wanted to at least let someone know at corporate support that this has happened so it doesn't happen to someone else.

I transferred the ownership.  Thanks for that info.  I transfered it to my home account not the business account that I have under a companies name.  I'm still frustrated with the chat and calling of the tech support team.  Like I said I keep getting the same answers.  Just to let you know what I tried I loaded new firmware that they asked me to.  I've gone into rescue/recovery mode and did cleanup and scans and everytime I call they still ask me to do the same things.  When I chatted with a guy named gary I told him I did this already and he emailed back why don't you try to do it and if it doesn't work call repair.  When I called customer service I told her I wanted to log a complaint and she said she would transfer me to tech support again which is what I was trying to stay away from.  She the put me on hold for about 30 minutes and when tech support picked up I got disconnected.  My case number for that is 105110445.   Thanks.  Tom

Same is my case. I have 5 ppl in my household and everyone has a Dell. One of our Dell laptop was sent to repair in 2007 and they have misplaced it and now sending a cheaper system to compensate. No one from their customer care listens and they are now pathetic. I really wish someone from Dell USA listens and take action( Their outsourced employees are bad)

 

I will stop being a loyal Dell now.

I wish I had checked out this forum before buying our most recent dell

 

I came on for the same reason, to find a phone number for Dell Corp. HQ.  I have also bought dells all along, we have two pc's and two laptops.  we had always been happy with dell until now, our last computer was a "lemon" we have had endless live chats and phone calls with tech support and been on hold for over an hour many times.  tonight I was on hold for 1hr 15 min. when they disconnected me!  We have been trying to get the same issues resolved since the day the computer arrived in JANUARY!!!  They refuse to help, will not give us the # for corp. HQ and have told us they would call us back or have a manager call us back and then they never do. 

 

Tonight I asked for a manager and they tried to sell me a service plan where I could talk to the same person everytime I have a problem and it is only 13.99 a month, what a bargin.  That plus the 1200 we spent on a computer that doesnt work and hasnt since day one!!!  They told us right from the start that we couldnt get a new one because we had gone past the 21 day return policy.  The only problem is they started counting the day we ordered it so by the time it was built and then shipped we were already 12 days into our 21 days.  What great service I love how they stand behind their product.  I plan to call our local consumer reporter and the Better Business Bureau but I would love to get a hold of someone in the Corp. office.  Based on these postings I'm guessing they dont want to hear from me.  Good luck to all of you! :smileymad:

Ironically I bought I Dell laptop also and the first one I got the box was torn in half and guess wha?, the laptop didn't work either! So I called and and went thru all the tech support and finally was told to send it back for a new one. Once I got the new one 3 weeks later it didn't work either!!! So I called back and told them I wanted a full refund. Which they replied that I was now past the 21 day return mark which shouldn't have started untill I got the new pc since I am not a mind reader and would know if the new one was going to work or not. So I replied that if they would have told me that I wasn't going to be able to return the new one I wouldn't have had them send me a new one and would have cancelled the order right then on the first one , waited till the next day and called back to order another one on a new order with a new 21 day return policy. In my opinion Dell is the worst PC that any one can buy for 2 reasons. One being that their PC's and don't work , and two that if you are going to sell PC's in America then you better have American's doing your tech support and not some idiot from India that can't even speak a lick of English do your customer service!!!! Screw Dell buy Toshiba , HP, or any other PC other than Dell!!!!!

I am also looking for a way to contact Dell corporate.  I am also having problems with my order, which led to me calling customer service.  That was NOT a good experience.  The CSR I was speaking to got angry when I answered the question he asked with the information from the e-mail I received because it didn't match what he was telling me.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor about my issue, he told me no.  When I got off the phone, I looked in my e-mail and had another e-mail from Dell telling me my order was going to be delayed even longer.  I usually take names when I am dealing with customer service in case there are any issue's, but couldn't understand any of the accents.  When talking to a CSR on my second call, I was transferred to another dept of CS. After I told him my order # and tried to talk to him, he transferred me to someone else.  Why isn't Dell monitoring this kind of thing.  I am not even sure if I am posting to this area correctly.  I am hoping someone from Dell corporate will see this and contact me.
