&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;pound;243.05 in total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;On the 31&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; May, I received a phone call from Dell who said they had difficulty charging my card.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;I gave them the details again and was told that I would receive a call once it had gone through.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;No call was returned, I checked my order online that evening and it said it had been cancelled.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;I phoned up customer service to see why the order had been cancelled. They said it was a technical error and that I would have to speak to sales to re-order the machine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

They wanted to charge me an extra &amp;pound;40 for the same machine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;I emailed and complained again. Eventually they told me they had ordered the machine I had paid for previously. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;On the 17 Apr 2009, a further &amp;pound;243.05 was taken from my bank account even though the previous amount has not been refunded.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;From the 1&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; June 2009 till the present, this machine has been &amp;lsquo;in production&amp;rsquo;, with an already expired estimate delivery of 11&lt;sup&gt;th&lt;/sup&gt; June. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;#39;Calibri&amp;#39;,&amp;#39;sans-serif&amp;#39;;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:small;"&gt;So far I have spoken to&amp;nbsp;8 different people over email, none of which will tell me when I will get my money refunded or when the computer is going to be delivered. I have phoned up to ask when I can have my money back, when the computer is likely to be delivered. Every single time, it&amp;#39;s apparently a &amp;#39;technical error&amp;#39; and they will get back to me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman;font-size:small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
