Blue Screen of Death in Windows 7 Upon Shut Down with Dell Touchscreen SX 2210

I just bought a new Dell Touchscreen SX2210 and have an issue with the system going into a blue screen everytime I shutdown or restart. The code is below:

I have unplugged the Touchscreen USB connection from my computer and restarted the system- the system restarts without the bluescreen message, so the problem is definetly linked to the Dell Touchscreen. Are there any solutions from Dell to this issue?
