scrolling coloured laptop screen freezing the system

Hi ,

I own a Dell XPS M1330 system. Recently I have been experiencing a peculiar problem.

Once the system boots, with in few seconds the screen disturbance starts with multiple colours blurring the screen and ultimately gets restarted automatically.

This shows blue screen some times before getting restarted. Initially this problem used to occur after few minutes of booting. Recently it has changed to seconds.

I tried the following ,but none of those help resolve the issue.

a) System restore

b) Reinstalling drivers.

c) Restore to factory settings 

Please Advice me on how to get this issue resolved.
