M1330 Touch Pad Scroll Bars dont work after upgrading to Win 7

The scroll bars on my touch pad stopped working after I upgraded to Win 7 64 from Vista 64.

Did you install the newest drivers from Synaptics? Best directly from the Synaptics webpage.
