I order at Oct 10, then yesterday, they canceled and re-ordered. It is impossible i re-new it because the OS is still vista. Now It takes another month to wait. I am very tired to wait. First order, I bought on Dell website by myself.
After that I ordered from Dell KIOS (because I believe them after they are sure about estimated delivery time), but it still cancel and re-order again and again ...and they told me I dont know when I call them hahahah
Maybe there are some trouble in Dell company :D

Listen what you saying it seens very painful what hapen to you. I am sorry and full of anger what Dell done to us. I dont know i should cancel the order or I should just wait, or I buy HP and wait Dell's laptop. I need ask my mum for support to buy another one. This is my first time buy Dell and first time Buy it online. And This is the end of Dell product. I will not buy any more except they fix this kind problem.
