WOT for Firefox update 10/28/09....

despite apparently having been available for over a week now, my copies of Firefox were first "discovering" this update today.

- Changed the license to GNU GPL v3 and updated Terms of Service accordingly
- Changed the key binding for the "View WOT scorecard" menu item to not collide with "Open Link in New Window"
