Dell Poweredge 4400 power supply error

Hello,
I am preparing to use a Dell 4400 Power Edge for a file server work hourse that servev around 100 users. In preperation for this task i realized that the power supply light on the front of the case was flashing amber. Upon investigation i came to find that this indicates an error somewhere in the power supplies or with the voltage. Is there any way i can determn more in dept what the problem is? Thank you in advance for your help.
