the letter 'a' has come off the keyboard - making typing difficult!  The lap-top is still under guarantee - but try as I might I cannot speak to person about this issue using any of the numbers for Dell - excuses so far are 3 calls saying they can hardly hear me so please try again and two calls where i put thru to correct department only to listen to 10 mins of non-stop music ............. help!!!!

First, this is the DESKTOP section of the forum.  There is a separate section for Laptops.   However, we are not Dell employees, just users helping users on here. 

If you have an incident number, you can try the "unresolved issues" request  HERE as that seems to help get many problems resolved.
