Dell aio 962 printer

The copies from my Dell printer are coming out dark with lots of shadows. The recipients of my faxes state that the fax copies are too dark and  not legible. Yet, I receive faxes just fine and print documents from my computer with no problem. Perplexed! Please help!

There should be a setting on your printer to change the copy settings. Look at page 68 in the 962 manual.
