xps 400 video card upgrade

Hi, I currently have an xps 400 with the standard 375w PSU. I aqm wanting to upgrade from the 8600 gts card, what would be my best option that my PSU would be able to handle? Dell told me 9500 gt, but I figured I'd see if anyone has run stronger cards than that on the 375w PSU. I read a few posts on the about the 375w having enough power for the 9800 gt, but I'd like more information first.

Hi, You can usr the 9500Gt HERE, 9800GT HERE, 4650 HERE, and the 4670 HERE.

Thanks for the infomation. On the 9800 gt would I be able to use the 1 gb version?
