Confused about DRAC/Ports

So I configured and have been using DRAC on my new R900 with no issues, but I had assumed that the PCI card with the 2 network ports (on the left in the photo) was the drac card, but i cannot access drac unless the bottom connection (with the wrench) on the right is connected - so what are the two ports on the left for?

Here is my order if that might have any clues:

You'll want to edit your post and remove the link/order number as you're not allowed to post personal information.

 

As for those 2 ports, on your order there's "430-3260 Broadcom 5709 Dual Port 1GbE NIC w/TOE iSCSI, PCIe-4". Those 2 ports are that card.

Thanks, I don't know why I didn't figure that out but I guess I didn't remember ordering an additional NIC.

 

As for the "personal info" - nothing too personal about that link, it doesn't have the price, billing/shipping info, etc... but i'll remove the link.
