Errors E0780 Missing CPU 1 & 2 and E0212 Volt GB0 1.8V FP

I have an interesting situation. The LED on my PE 2650 is reporting errors E0780 Missing CPU 1 and Missing CPU2 along with E0212 Volt GB0 1.8V FP. The second error I have not been able to find that specific one. Seems to be a voltage problem somewhere. However, the first one, E0780, doesn't seem to be an issue. BIOS sees the processors, it passes POST and boots right into Windows. I tried clearing the NVRAM which didn't do anything. I tried reseating both processors and VRMs. These are original. The current BIOS version is A20. Any thoughts? Thanks!
