Create a Vlan

Guys,

Have a basic knowledge of create a default vlan. Need some help with creating vlan Current scenario is

Running AD with DHCP enabled. Address range is 10.0.0.1 - 10.0.0.254. Subnet mask 255.255.255.0 ;     Power connect swithces : PC5324 and PC6248

Issue : running out of IP's.

I am assuming that I have create subnets. If i create a new subnet how do I assing this subnet range to a Power connect 5324 switch and ensure they can talk to other switches. Does anyone have a set of steps to do this..
