Dell AIO 810 - Communication Not Available

Hello

I have a Dell Dimension E521 (OS = Microsoft Vista Premium) with a Dell AIO 810 Printer. The printer suddenly stopped working with the error message "Communication not Available". I have been through the troubleshooting wizard and I believe the problem has been caused by a system update. It happened too long ago for me to go back to a restore point and I really dont want to do a full PC restore. Does anyone have any alternative solutions?

Thanks

Re: Dell AIO 810 - Communication Not Available

Richard,

I have see the Kodak software interfere with the printer. You could try uninstalling the Kodak software and see what happens. I have a HP camera and I did not install the software on this computer. I have a memory card reader and use this to transfer pictures.

I have uninstalled my printer dock and the Easyshare software but I am still getting the error.
