Dell Financial wants people to use paperless statements. People would do this but...

Dell Financial wants people to use paperless statements. If Dell Financial would remove the Fee(I think it's $15) maybe more people would pay their bill online. I use snail mail because stamps are not $15, yet!!!

If Dell Financial removed the Fee, would you make your payments online?

What are your opinions?

Re: Dell Financial wants people to use paperless statements. People would do this but...

I have always made my payments online. The only time that there is a fee is if you wait until the day it is due to make the payment and want it to be a rush so that it is on time. Mine has been paid off for several months but I can not see that they would make a horrible change like that.
