Poor Sales Service DELL India

Am The Regular User of  HP Notebooks and Desktop, But One of Frnd told ME go for the DELL they Are Best. So after Research i Like the DELL XPS 430 desktop Model, and Contact the Dell India C Care regarding the Quotation of Dell XPS 430.

Here is the Story

1. On Thursday 6th the Gurgaon ( Delhi ) Sales Guys give me the Quotation and told me to Deposit the Chq in Citibank Branch and promise me that After the Process of Paymemnt you will get your Desktop within 5 Days.

2. On 7th August I dropped the Chq in Citibank of Indian Rs 55276

3. On 8th August the Chq was Cleared.

4. On 10th Monday the Sales Guy is on leave and told me it will take 2 days to give you the Order Status Of Your PC. But He Promised that he is Available on Monday And give me the ORDER Status.

5. On 11th he is On Leave again and Told that his Frnd will call me about the Order, but no one Calls, So i called the Customer Care and they told me that they Didn,t received the Payment, I send them a Copy of My Statement via mail and tell them here is the Status of the Chq.

6. On 12 August Again Gurgaon Sales Guy called me in the Morning and told He is on leave today also, again same answer give me 2 days. Am Still Blank. Total Waste of 5 Days.

7 After all this I called the TamilNadu Sales team and told them the all story. Now 5 days is over. And Dell Appointed the New Sales Guy from Tamilnadu.

8. Now on 12th evening, He Send Me the New Quotation for the Confirmation fo Dell XPS 430. Total Waste of 6 Days time. Is this My Fault that i have to face this Problem. And In th Evening i Get the Order Stauts Link That Work In Progress.

9. But on 13th The Old Sales Guy From Guragaon Branch, And Told me He is Back and Kindly Give me the Confirmation Again. But I told Him That now My Order is Already in Process and Handled by Tamilnadu Sales Team. After that there is a new Turn In The Story.

I don,t what Happened within Gurgaon And Tamilnadu Sales Team. I got A Call From Tamilnadu Sales Manage And Want to Know the Whole Story From The FIrst Day. After Our Discussion She Told Your Order is In Process, Don,t Worry.

NOW HERE IS THE FINAL TURN IN THE STORY

10. On 14th Morning I just Checked my Staus And It Show ORDER CANCELLED. Enought is Enough. I mailed the Tamilnadu Sales Guy Regarding this But No REPLY.

THan I Mailed he Old Sales Guys from Gurgaon, and he mailed me the New Quotation number, and Order Status. My Old Order i cancelled, Wastage of 2 days. Now New Process on 14th.

NOW Just Want To Know is this Was Sales Service of DELL. WHo Will Compensate the Days that i Faced, My PC Is Getting Late from Dell SALES End, No a Sinlge Fault From My End.

total Watage of 8 days, My Time, Am so Much Tensed these Days, GOt i don,t whats Goin on Dell India. SO Who Is the Responsible for this, IF this Was The Sales Service OF DELL., THan Sorry. It was Poor.

8 days is So Much TO Wait for the ORDER PROCESS. Ok Am Facin the Mental Harrasment form Last 8 Days, Who is Responsible. Than Who will Compensate this.......

SO What Say GUys, Is this the Sales Service.

Dont buy Dell. Theres a reason. The sales, support and everything is great for the business/corporate customers. But the consumer segment has been left to stink. I have machines under consumer segment and business segment. The consumer segment machine lost a few keys on the keyboard and thus no apostrophes in my typing. Ive created two different cases for a quote. A third CARE case and still no response forget the time I spent on the phone. These guys in Gurgaon dont even have phones or extensions where you can call directly.

The business segment machine was serviced NBD always. The Bangalore guys are quick and professional. But again... things unfortunately changed for the worse. It is now better to just walk into a showroom/store and pick a machine. At least if something goes wrong you have some one to yell upon. But costumer care? They are trained to handle costumers instead of handling customers issues.

The same goes for sales. I had to call about 7-8 different times spanning a week and everytime they promised me a quote which never came. Finally when one was filed under the business segment... the deal was closed.

No Im not irate or anything. Just writing the facts.

did you recv it yet? if not y dont you cancel the order and buy it from the market, which is very less price when compared to dell.
