DELL Dimension XPS P133s, RAID 0, mainboard failure, data recovery. Call for replacement mainboard.

I use a DELL Dimension XPS P133s machine (service tag KJ4D6, 1st owner, http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/dta/_trmntor/) with the original mainboard DELL 00098211-12462-672-00XR RevA00, CE E139761 AA652752-303 together with a RAID controller PROMISE FASTTRACK 66 ULTRA ATA 66, ASSY 9841-00REVA1 and two identical hard disks MAXTOR 54098U8 A6AM02 in a RAID 0 array. The computer is configured to boot from the RAID array and does not have any other hard disc. 64 MB SDRAM. N9 Imagine 128 II graphics card. Operating systems (dual boot by Partition Magic boot manager) MS Win 98 SE resp. MS Win Me.
The situation:
Unfortunately, the mainboard was damaged by a so far unknown cause so the computer does not boot anymore. However, I would like to maintain and use the stored data of the RAID 0 array (unfortunately, I didn´t make a backup of most of the data).
My question:
Could anybody help me to get a replacment mainboard that is identical to the original mainboard (DELL 00098211-12462-672-00XR RevA00, CE E139761 AA652752-303), best of the same revision. If anybody owns such an ancient machine that is capable of work but isn´t in use anymore I would be very pleased if you could sell it to me (at least the main board).
Do you believe that the RAID 0 array would remain capable of work if I would use the RAID controller together with the connected two hard disks as a RAID 0 array in another mainboard? Which approach would you recommend not to endanger the data resp. to avoid any data loss?
Not to mention that DELL most likely will not have such an ancient mainbord in stock anymore but unfortunately it is not possible to get any information from the tech support because the service tag is not realized at the DELL website.
Thank you
