Hi Sasha75, Some systems it F8, and other its CTRL+F11. Try both, if they dont work come back to us with your system details.

Hi,

1, Press F8 after dell logo,

2.You will find windows advanced startup, Choose repair my computer ( If u didnt find it - attempt it again)

3, Choose Keyboard / language option

4, Select ur user name and password

5, Choose Restore my computer to dell orginal factory settings

6, Check yes format this HDD,

 

That's it!!!Enjoy!!!
