How to check where the problem is?

This question is not answered

Last week automatic Win 10 update scrambled various operations, Microsoft said its due to defective hardware?  Alienware checked and updated everything I didn't, still not working, they said its an OS update problem. How do I check the problem everyone blames on someone else?

Thanks for your help !!!

  • Let us know the model of your Alienware. Press [Windows] and [ r ] and then type in msinfo32 and press [Enter]. Let us know the OS Name, OS version, System Model, BIOS version, SMBIOS version, BIOS Mode and Secure Boot State.

Then power down your Alienware. When powering up press [F12] and run preboot diagnostics with any extended tests.
