I purchased an Alienware 17 R4 Laptop and as an over the road truck driver I do not have enough time nor good enough connectivity to download huge files to create recovery media. I've known Dell forever and they always offered the option to purchase recovery media. I cannot believe that that they do not provide this option. There has to be others who do not have access to good internet services.
In talking with Dell support I find the methodology dysfunctional to say the least. When clearly stating the problem they regurgitate words that do not relate to point of my call.
