I have a Dell laptop, an Inspiron 15 5558 model running Windows 8.1
It connects wirelessly to my home network and tells me (via the status bar) that I have internet access, however it will not connect to a browser, I’ve tried Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
I’ve looked at the DNS settings and TCP/IP settings and all are set to automatic.
In Device Manager it tells me that the Network Adaptor drivers are all working fine and the best version is installed.
I did a ping test to google.com and it came back without any issue.
But it still won’t access the browser! Any suggestions please?
