i have bought a dell xps 13 from the UK and i reside in South Africa. i have done all transfer and reg required.
still no response. i am concerned regarding the warranty.
Thanks for posting.When you purchased your computer, did you purchase directly from Dell or a third party reseller? It may be possible that if you only purchased the basic warranty, it may not be transferrable. Additionally, the computer you purchased may not have the parts or services available in your country.
