How do I get in touch with upper level customer service?
I have an issue that has been going on since December that I have not been able to get resolution to.
I purchased two items in one order. The rep placed the order three times instead of one. All were sent to an incorrect address even after the address was confirmed. He also opened an additional Dell Financial Services credit card account for me without my permission.
Now I have two separate accounts being billed for items not received. I've probably spent 10-12 hours since then on the phone with lower-level Dell Financial Services and Customer Support folks all promise that it is resolved. When I receive my bills, it hasn't been.
I feel like I'm running in circles and getting dizzy.
Any suggestions? Anyone? Thanks!
