I ordered duplicated item at weekend, and I cancelled it by calling Dell on Monday. And they just told me their system couldn't allow them to do it? I always heard from others that Customers are god, but I would rather believe that Dell seems more like robbers. Do you guys always think customers who can afford alienware laptop would be really rich and you can do whatever you want to them? ***
