I lost the installation disk to my 926 printer. I have downloaded the free drivers from the Dell website but my computer and printer still won't communicate. What else can I do? Is there any way to order a new disk?

Then tell me what happens. Make and model of your computer and operating system helpful. Since you don't have the printer disk, then you'll need an OCR Program for scanning. Simple OCR should work nicely with your computer and printer.

i have done this steps but my problem not fix,so i'll say i am not happy for this post and this post was not helpful for me..
Replying to an old thread does not help solve an issue. Things have been changed since this thread was done. Try making a new thread in the Dell Printers Forum and give some details. We should be able to help you.
Make and model of your computer and opertaing system, 32-bit or 64-bit, make and model of your printer and how it's connected.
What virus program and firewall are you using?
What are you trying to accomplish?
