  • After having my first order delayed not once but TWICE, I called and cancelled it and put in a new order and had it expedited.  I had ordered a refurbished monitor the first time, so I cancelled it, paid more and bought a new one, thinking that they would definitely have it in stock.  They said that they did have it.  I put in the order and they assured me that it would arrive YESTERDAY.  Lo and behold, I got an email today (after the fact) that my order has been delayed and that this nightmare of never having it ship has started again.. It isn't due to arrive until a week after the second order was supposed to arrive.

    I even explained that this was a gift and that I needed it asap (this is why I re-did the order).  Now that plan is shot, but I still would like my order!

    I am reluctant to call after being transferred from rude person to rude person and spending an absurd amount of time on the phone and on hold.  I have always bought dell since high school, but this is changing my mind.  Can someone please help me!?
