On 8/10/14 I ordered a LG 60" tv and was told that I would receive it on 8/15/14. On 8/12/14 I received an email from Dell.com saying that my order was cancelled because they don't have the LG 60" in stock that I ordered on 8/10/14. This is the second time that this have happened to me from Dell.com This is bad business for any company. They need to verify their stock and inventory before telling customers that they do have the items that their ordering. Hopefully this will help Dell.com improve their ordering & shipping procedures.
