Dell's customer service is the WORST of all the companies I've ever dealt with.  What they know best are the tricks to push customers in circles through different departments.  I had placed two orders when the items were on sale.  But both were canceled.  When I called trying to figure out what's wrong, all I got was being put on hold and transferred.  After 3 days of such torture, I finanlly got the answer for one of the items: MY ORDER WAS CANCELED DUE TO DELL's OWN TECHNCAL PROBLEMS.  However, they can't fix it !!!  For the other order?  Guess what?  I was transferred again...

I WOULD NEVER BUY A DELL PRODUCT AGAIN !!!
