Roxio MyDVD will not recognize a valid recording device on my Dimension E520

  • I've captured video using Zio CameraMate into Roxio MyDVD.  I have edited and arranged.  But when I go to file and click "Burn to DVD"  I get the message "No valid recording device was found."  In the Device Manager, I found _NEC DVD+RW ND-3650A.  I have enabled the device and I have made sure DLA is enabled.  Dell DVD troubleshooter didn't help.  What's the problem?

  • It sounds like call for tech support maybe the px engine problem
