The EMEA Dell Online team hosted a number of Technical Advisory Board (TAB) events in June with many of the largest Partners in the industry, marking a significant milestone towards building deeper relationships with our GCC Partners.
The purpose of these TAB events is to build a network of influential Partners that can work with the eDell organization to help shape the online experience and future functionality of PartnerDirect eCommerce. Over time we continue to build relationships with Partners to gather feedback and validate our online strategy, new functionalities, roadmaps and deployment plans meet the needs of our Customers. The success of our Partner business relationships is critical to the growth plans for our businesses.
The recent June events had great attendance and participation. It was clear that our online improvements will provide new functionalities that will address many of our Partners’ pain-points, as well as highlighting areas in current state that will make it easier to do business with Dell online. As expected the Pricing and Catalogue workstreams were hot topics and there was considerable interest in PremierConnect, Accuracy and the Catalogue Mangers support.
