GOAL or METRIC: 16.27% of server support that is outsourced or contracted

RATIONALE: For most organizations, server support (install, patching, break/fix, etc.) is not a core competitency. Outsourcing can generate several benefits:  Faster repair, greater uptime, lower support costs, and insulating existing IT staff from manual and repetitive maintenance.
